Learning for life, passion for growth.
Synetra was built for schools and coaching centres that were running mentoring in spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and shared drives, and knew it.
Mentoring breaks in three places.
Tutors on trust
A spreadsheet row, no certificate checked, and a child involved.
Matching on availability
Whoever has a free slot this week. It quietly fails a month later.
Records everywhere
Nobody can tell a parent how it is going without asking three people.
The usual way, and this way.
| Spreadsheets and chat groups | Synetra | |
|---|---|---|
| Mentor vetting | Trust or a quick call | Identity + teaching credentials, audited |
| Matching | Whoever is free | Subject, class, hours, load — confirmed by a coordinator |
| Capacity | Nobody tracks it | Set by coordinators, enforced by the database |
| Study material | WhatsApp forwards | Private, watermarked to the student, logged |
| Tests | A form with the answers in it | Marked on the server; key never sent |
| Oversight | Ask around | Health board, at-risk list, audit log |
Pick your setting.
A verified mentor pool for every class.
- Cohorts per section keep reporting clean
- Capacity limits stop teachers being overloaded
- Coordinators see engagement health across the school
Six words we hold ourselves to.
Nobody mentors a student here without a coordinator checking their documents. Pairings are ranked and confirmed by a person. Every consequential action is logged. Files are private and notes carry the student’s name. We store the least identity data that lets us verify a mentor. And there are no games, streaks or leaderboards.
Who runs it
Synetra is operated by Synetra. Coordinators are provisioned by us or by the school; they verify mentors and confirm matches, and answer to their institution, not to us. Questions about the platform go to synetraacademy@gmail.com.

Students join in a minute. Teachers are verified before they meet a student.
